Ocho Tango and High Pampas Grass

Pampas glow at Ocho Tango

It’s a swift move from cornfields in my last post to pampas in this one. And the grass is certainly tall!

Ocho Tango seems to be one of the new ‘talked about’ places, yet it’s not been that busy when I’ve been there. Which is a shame.

The stream is tango music, with superb couples animations from … I know not where! Anyone out there know? In real life, tango is the sexiest dance there is. It is two people making love with their clothes on. These animations just show how far on Second Life has come since my first days here four years ago.

There’s the main dance hall, and also an underground room which I’ll let you find by yourself. Clue: there is a lift down to it at the surface.

As if dancing the tango isn’t enough to get you over there, it is a wonderfully atmospheric location. Apart from the paths, the grass is above your head, even if you are a 7′ giant. To be honest, at 5′ 11″, most things are above my head in Second Life, though that’s not stopped me getting anything yet! There are small clearings worth finding through the grass, with places to sit and dance.
